Planning and Delivering the Transformation, and Making Sure the Benefits Happen

John Woodhouse, CEO, The Woodhouse Partnership, Ltd.

Awareness of Asset Management concepts is growing in many industries and geographies.  But the real skills lie in turning them into practice, delivering hard evidence of rewards and stabilizing the changes. John will share some of his team’s unrivaled, world-wide experience in making this happen.  These range from the education, culture-change and de-siloing programs, to the selective introduction of appropriate tools, business process changes, governance and results tracking.  John will also explain how to avoid some of the common pitfalls and overcome typical barriers.
