James Newman PE, Senior Director, Product Management, Asset Performance, Bentley

Line of sight aligns the entire organization on achieving the same strategic goals, connecting the strategic asset management plan with operational and maintenance activities. Digital line of sight is the backbone of a good asset management system. Digitalization connects as-designed, as-built and as-operated information to the digital twin to enable enhanced decision support.   Capturing, visualizing and managing the complete asset lifecycle, workers are more productive and can make informed and timely decisions knowing the reason they are doing the activities they do on a day to day basis.  Learn the essential elements required to develop the digital line of sight necessary to sustain an asset management strategy.
